I had a very specific dream for my husband’s wedding vest and Logo Express made it come true! The team was super attentive and wonderful to work with. They were able to utilized a file I bought from Etsy after ensuring it was compatible with their machines. We worked together to pick out every single color so we were sure it would match my dress. I probably won’t use this company because the employees aren’t personable at all. I went in twice and it was the same vibe both times. The staff seems friendly to each other, but not necessarily to customers. I didn’t feel welcome. That’s a gross way to handle business.

Drove over an hour to see if I could use their service . The reviews were the cause me to make that drive. Unwelcoming!!! Walked in the lady at the counter wasn't intviting nor seemed approachable. Just was off. She reluctantly walked me to the back the guy was sitting at a desk. I tried all I could to change the tone and not return the same energy . While talking to the guy he was at a dissconnect and more zoomed in on the lady that walked in. He was all smiles and welcoming and before I could finish he put his attention on the older lady that walked through the door. I was really prepared to place an order but quess I take my business elsewhere . ✌️ Wish the business abundance of karma whichever way it goes. Just another life experience . ♥️ All love and yes I'm young black business owner and the lady well let's say we're in Alabama nothing is suprising . My grammar maybe off at the moment but over an hour drive to be treat like wise ...

When I have an idea for a ball cap or shirt, these guys can make it happen. I have used Logo Express multiple times taking them a photo or emblem of organizations I am affiliated with that are near and dear to my heart to be put on a garment.
